As a member, you’ll pay just $9.95 per month individual or $11.95 per month (family) to take advantage of the substantial savings offered through Affinity Group Dental Savings. If you pay annually in advance you can realize a 25% savings - $89 individual or $108 family. You can elect to pay your subscription fee by credit or debit card (MasterCard or Visa) or by bank draft. The activation fee of $20 is waived for members of participating affinity groups.
